NIS: RSD6.9 billion from dividends to shareholders

Board of Directors of Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) has proposed that dividend in total amount of around RSD6.9 billion is paid to shareholders of this company from profit for the year 2017.

Last year’s net profit of the company was almost RSD27.8 billion, and 25 percent of the profit is intended for payment of dividends, NIS announced.

Russian company Gazprom Neft owns a shareholding capital of 56.15 percent in NIS, 29.87 percent of shares is owned by the Republic of Serbia and the rest belongs to citizens, employees, former employees and other small shareholders.
