“Srpska fabrika stakla” will not bankrupt after all

The Commercial Court in Kragujevac has ordered suspension of bankruptcy in Paracin based “Srpska fabrika stakla”, the “Blic” daily newspaper reports.

Namely, the Commercial Court in Kragujevac reached a decision on suspension of the previous bankruptcy proceedings in “Srpska fabrika stakla” on Monday.

This decision is on display at the e-board of the Commercial Court, and it was signed by president of that court and bankruptcy judge Branislav Jovovic, who was in charge of these proceedings from the very beginning. This finally ended these proceedings which in various ways lasted for several years.
