State selling its stake in “JUBMES banka”
Domestic “JUBMES banka” might get a new owner soon, for the stake of 20.22 percent which is owned by the Republic of Serbia.
It is the first out of four banks in which state has a stake and is looking for a buyer. Serbian Ministry of Finance has announced a competition related to sale of stake in JUBMES.
It has been completed recently and six domestic and foreign investors applied for the competition. State now has a deadline of 120 days to choose future owner of its stake, if relevant authorities reach conclusion that there is an appropriate candidate.
